These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Kharrido.pk, your use of the website, and any order placed through Kharrido.
By accessing the website, submitting an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
- ABOUT KHARRIDO
Kharrido is an online shopping platform offering products for delivery to serviceable locations within Pakistan.
In these Terms and Conditions:
• “Kharrido,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of Kharrido.pk
• “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to a visitor, purchaser or person using the website
• “Website” refers to Kharrido.pk and its associated pages
• “Product” refers to an item displayed or offered through the website
• “Order” refers to a purchase request submitted through the website
Kharrido may use third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners, technology providers and courier companies to source, process and deliver products.
- ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
If you are under the age of 18, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the phone number and delivery details provided
• You intend to receive and pay for the order
• You are not placing the order for a fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose
- WEBSITE USE
You may use Kharrido.pk only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes.
You must not:
• Use the website for fraud, impersonation or unlawful activity
• Submit false contact, identity or delivery information
• Place orders you do not intend to receive
• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
• Introduce malware, harmful code or automated attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems
• Scrape, copy or extract website content through unauthorised automated means
• Misuse promotions, return procedures or customer-support services
• Infringe the rights of Kharrido or any third party
We may restrict access, refuse an order or take other reasonable action if we believe the website is being misused.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
Kharrido aims to display product names, descriptions, images, specifications, measurements, variations and prices as accurately as reasonably possible.
However:
• Colours may appear differently because of lighting, photography or screen settings
• Measurements may have reasonable variations, particularly where measured manually
• Product packaging may change without materially changing the product
• Manufacturers or suppliers may make minor changes to appearance or packaging
• Images may include props or accessories that are not included unless stated
• Product information received from a supplier may occasionally contain an error
Customers should review the complete product description, available variations and package contents before placing an order.
If you require confirmation about an important feature, size, specification or included item, contact Kharrido before ordering.
- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products and variations are subject to availability.
Adding a product to the cart or submitting an order does not reserve stock or guarantee that the item can be supplied.
Supplier inventory can change before an order is processed. If a product or selected variation becomes unavailable, Kharrido may:
• Contact the customer about an available alternative
• Remove the unavailable item from the order
• Cancel the affected item or the complete order
The customer will not be required to pay for an item cancelled before delivery.
- PRICES
Product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
The price shown when the order is submitted is subject to confirmation and verification. The final amount communicated or displayed for the confirmed order will include the applicable product price and delivery charge.
Kharrido may change product prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order already confirmed at the previous price unless the displayed price resulted from an obvious error.
Prices offered through Kharrido.pk may differ from prices available through another seller, website, marketplace or promotion.
- PRICING AND LISTING ERRORS
Despite reasonable efforts, a product may occasionally be displayed with an incorrect price, description, image, variation, availability status or delivery charge.
If we identify a material error before dispatch, we may:
• Correct the information
• Contact the customer for confirmation
• Offer the product at the corrected price
• Cancel the affected item or order
Kharrido is not required to supply a product at a price that is clearly or materially incorrect because of a technical, typographical, supplier or system error.
If the corrected price is higher than the submitted price, we will seek the customer’s agreement before continuing with the affected item.
- DELIVERY CHARGES
Kharrido currently charges Rs.219 for each distinct product in the cart.
Additional quantities of the same product do not normally add another delivery charge.
For example:
• One product, quantity one: Rs.219 delivery
• One product, quantity three: Rs.219 delivery
• Two different products: Rs.438 delivery
The final applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Kharrido may change its delivery charges. A revised charge will apply to orders submitted after the revised amount becomes effective.

- PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, the customer must:
• Select the product and available variation
• Enter the required quantity
• Provide accurate contact information
• Provide a complete serviceable delivery address
• Review the product price, delivery charge and total amount
• Submit the order through the checkout process
Submitting an order represents an offer by the customer to purchase the selected product under these Terms and Conditions.
An automatically generated website message, email or order number confirms that the request was received. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted, confirmed or dispatched.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE
Kharrido may contact the customer by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to verify the order.
We may confirm:
• The customer’s name and phone number
• The selected product and variation
• The ordered quantity
• The complete delivery address
• The total Cash-on-Delivery amount
• Any other information reasonably required for fulfilment
An order is accepted when Kharrido confirms it for processing or dispatch.
We may place an order on hold or cancel it if:
• The customer cannot be reached
• Required information is incomplete or incorrect
• The customer does not confirm the order
• The product is unavailable
• The delivery destination is not serviceable
• The price or listing contains a material error
• The order appears fraudulent, abusive or unlawful
• Processing the order would breach these Terms or applicable law
- CASH ON DELIVERY
Kharrido currently accepts Cash on Delivery only.
The customer must pay the confirmed amount when the relevant parcel is delivered. Payment should be made only to the authorised courier handling the parcel.
Customers should not transfer money to an unofficial account, wallet, phone number or individual claiming to represent Kharrido.
Where products from the same order are delivered in separate parcels, the payable amount may also be divided between those parcels.
- TAXES AND STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS
Prices, delivery charges and payable amounts will be displayed or communicated through the order process.
Taxes, duties, withholding amounts or other statutory charges will be handled as required by applicable Pakistani law.
Kharrido may update its checkout, invoicing, pricing or payment procedures when necessary to comply with tax or regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as allowing either Kharrido or a customer to avoid a legally applicable tax, deduction or reporting obligation.
- DELIVERY
Kharrido delivers to serviceable locations within Pakistan. International delivery is not currently available.
Most local orders are estimated to arrive within 3–10 working days after confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines.
Delivery can be affected by:
• Customer location
• Product or supplier availability
• Courier operations
• Public holidays
• Weather or road conditions
• Security restrictions or service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete information
• Other circumstances outside Kharrido’s reasonable control
Some imported, China-sourced or special-order products may have a different delivery estimate. Where a product-specific estimate is displayed or communicated, that estimate will apply.

- SEPARATE PARCELS
Different products in the same order may be sourced or dispatched separately.
Products may therefore:
• Arrive in different parcels
• Arrive on different dates
• Be handled by different couriers
• Have separate tracking details
• Require separate Cash-on-Delivery payments
Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean another product from the same order is missing or cancelled.
- CUSTOMER DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer is responsible for providing:
• A complete and accurate name
• An active phone or WhatsApp number
• A complete and accessible delivery address
• The correct city, area and postal code, where applicable
• A nearby landmark where necessary
• Payment of the confirmed Cash-on-Delivery amount
The customer should keep the registered phone number active and respond to legitimate confirmation and courier calls.
Kharrido is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible information provided by the customer.
- ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact Kharrido immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
A change or cancellation may be possible before processing or dispatch. It cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing or delivery has begun.
Submitting a request does not itself confirm that the order has been changed or cancelled. Kharrido will inform the customer whether the request could be completed.
If the customer refuses a confirmed Cash-on-Delivery order without a valid reason, Kharrido may restrict or require additional verification for future orders.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Customers must contact Kharrido within seven calendar days of the recorded delivery date to report an eligible product issue.
A request may be considered where the product:
• Arrives damaged or faulty
• Is different from what was ordered
• Is materially different from its description
• Is supplied in the wrong size, colour, model or variation
• Is incomplete or has a listed part missing
• Has another verified issue covered by the applicable return protection
Every request is subject to evidence, review and approval.
Customers must not send a product to the sender address, supplier, warehouse, courier office or any other address without authorised instructions from Kharrido.

- CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS
Returns are not automatically available merely because the customer:
• Changes their mind
• No longer needs the product
• Dislikes a correctly supplied product
• Selects the wrong size, colour, quantity, model or variation
• Finds the product at a different price elsewhere
Where the product supplied matches the confirmed order and description, acceptance of such a request is not guaranteed.
This does not affect the customer’s ability to report a genuinely damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed product.
- REFUNDS
An approved refund is subject to completion of the required return, inspection and verification process.
Because Kharrido currently accepts Cash on Delivery, an approved refund may be sent through an available bank or supported mobile-wallet method after the customer provides verified receiving details.
Refund timing depends on:
• Approval of the claim
• Return transit, where applicable
• Receipt and inspection of the product
• Confirmation of the approved amount
• Payment-provider processing
The treatment of the original delivery charge depends on the approved resolution, reason for the claim and any rights applicable under Pakistani law.
- WARRANTIES
Kharrido’s seven-day return-support period is separate from any manufacturer or supplier warranty.
A warranty applies only when it is expressly stated on:
• The product page
• The product packaging
• A warranty card
• Written order communication
Kharrido does not create or extend a warranty merely by listing or selling a product.
Where a separate warranty applies, the customer may be required to follow the relevant manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty process after the seven-day claim period.
- THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Kharrido may use third parties to provide products and supporting services, including:
• Product suppliers
• Warehouses and fulfilment partners
• Courier and logistics companies
• Hosting and website providers
• Messaging and customer-support providers
• Analytics and security services
Kharrido may share the information reasonably required to confirm, process, deliver, track or support an order.
The collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party participation does not remove any customer right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
- PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discount codes, sale prices and special offers may be subject to separate conditions.
Unless stated otherwise:
• Promotions are available for a limited time
• Offers are subject to product availability
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
• Multiple offers cannot necessarily be combined
• A promotion may apply only to selected products, customers or locations
• Kharrido may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by fraud or a material error
Any specific promotional conditions displayed with an offer will form part of these Terms.
- REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If Kharrido allows customers to submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, the customer must ensure that the content:
• Is genuine and relates to their experience
• Is not false, deceptive or defamatory
• Does not contain unlawful, abusive or threatening material
• Does not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Does not contain malware, spam or unauthorised advertising
• Does not disclose another person’s private information without permission
The customer retains ownership of their original content but grants Kharrido a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use it for operating and promoting Kharrido.
We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kharrido name, branding, website design, graphics, written content, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to Kharrido and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names, trademarks, logos and images belonging to manufacturers, suppliers or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission.
You may share ordinary links to publicly available Kharrido pages.
- THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Kharrido.pk may contain links to third-party websites, services or social-media platforms.
Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that Kharrido controls or endorses every statement, product or service on the linked platform.
Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using an external service.
- WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Kharrido aims to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of:
• Maintenance or updates
• Hosting or internet failures
• Security incidents
• Technical faults
• Events outside our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend or discontinue a website feature where reasonably necessary.
- DISCLAIMER
Kharrido will take reasonable care in displaying products, processing orders and assisting customers.
However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
• The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every displayed product will remain available
• Every delivery will arrive within an estimated period
• Product colours will appear identically on every screen
• Every customer preference will qualify for a return or replacement
• Information received from third-party suppliers will never contain an error
Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility or customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kharrido will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or purchase of a product where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
Kharrido will not be responsible for loss caused by:
• Customer-provided incorrect information
• Customer misuse or improper handling of a product
• Unauthorised alteration, installation or repair
• Failure to follow product instructions or safety warnings
• Events outside Kharrido’s reasonable control
• An unauthorised third party falsely claiming to represent Kharrido
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will remain subject to applicable law.
This section does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- PRODUCT SAFETY AND PROPER USE
Customers must read and follow all instructions, warnings, age restrictions and safety guidance supplied with a product.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose.
Where professional installation, adult supervision, protective equipment or technical knowledge is reasonably required, the customer is responsible for following those requirements.
Stop using a product and seek appropriate assistance if it appears unsafe, damaged or defective.
- FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ACTIVITY
Kharrido may cancel orders, refuse claims or restrict future service where there is reasonable evidence of:
• False customer or delivery information
• Repeated refusal of confirmed orders
• Manipulated evidence
• Product substitution
• Intentional product damage
• Fraudulent payment or refund activity
• Misuse of discounts or promotions
• Threats, harassment or other unlawful conduct
This section will not be used to reject a genuine complaint merely because a customer raises a concern or exercises a lawful right.
- ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using Kharrido.pk or submitting an order, you agree that order-related communications may be sent electronically or through the contact channels you provide.
These communications may include:
• Order confirmations
• Verification calls or messages
• Delivery and tracking updates
• Cancellation information
• Return-support messages
• Customer-service responses
• Important policy or service notices
Marketing messages will be handled according to the choices and rights explained in our Privacy Policy.
Electronic records and communications may be used to document orders and customer instructions as permitted by applicable law.
- PRIVACY
Kharrido collects and uses personal information necessary to operate the website, process orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and provide customer support.
By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and shared with relevant service providers for these purposes.

- FORCE MAJEURE
Kharrido will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• War, terrorism or civil unrest
• Strikes or transport disruption
• Government restrictions
• Epidemics or public-health emergencies
• Electricity, telecommunications or internet failures
• Courier-network interruption
• Supplier or fulfilment disruption beyond reasonable control
Where possible, Kharrido will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume affected services.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Kharrido may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, prices, fulfilment arrangements, website features or legal obligations change.
The updated Terms will be published on Kharrido.pk with a revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that order unless a change is required by law.
Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published means the updated Terms apply to future website use and future orders.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied or limited to the greatest extent legally permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- NO WAIVER
If Kharrido does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean the provision or Kharrido’s right to enforce it has been waived.
A waiver will apply only when expressly confirmed by Kharrido.
- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
If a dispute arises, the customer should first contact Kharrido and provide the relevant order details so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available through a court or other competent authority in Pakistan.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from using a consumer-protection remedy or forum available under applicable law.
